RereKreations provides custom and personalized party favors, event items, and digital designs. All products are made to order based on the information provided by the customer.

2. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including names, dates, colors, and design details.

RereKreations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Custom Orders & Production

All items are custom-made and require time for design, approval, and production.

  • Processing times vary depending on the product and order size
  • Rush orders must be approved before purchase
  • Orders will not begin until payment is received

4. Mockups & Approval

When applicable, a mockup will be provided for approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details before approving.

  • Once approved, changes cannot be made
  • Errors found after approval may result in additional fees

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

RereKreations reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

7. Shipping

Once orders are shipped, RereKreations is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content created by RereKreations remain the property of the business.

Designs may not be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RereKreations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
