Processing Time:

All products are made to order. Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks from the date your invoice is paid and all order details have been received. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping Methods:

• Standard shipping estimated 2-5 business days
•  priority shipping estimated 2-3 business days
•  Overnight shipping available for select orders.

 Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 Shipping Delays:

RereKreations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages:

Once your order has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Incorrect shipping address.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
