By submitting this custom order request, you acknowledge and agree t the following: Custom orders require 2-3 weeks of processing time once all order details are received and any required proof s approved. Please enter all names, ages, dates, colors, themes, wording, and personalization details carefully. RereKreations is not responsible for customer-provided errors once production has begun. Requested need-by dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed by RereKreations. If a proof is provided, it must be reviews and approved promptly. Delayed approval may result in delayed production or shipping. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Because all custom items are made specifically for your order, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once production has begun. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, RereKreations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or damage that occurs during transit.
