All personalization details, names, ages, dates, colors, themes, spelling, must be entered accurately. We aren't responsible for customer errors once production has begun. Please provide your date needed by. While we'll do our best, requested dates aren't guaranteed unless confirmed by Rerekreations. If a proof is provided, it needs to be reviewed and approved promptly. Delays in approval may delay production and shipping. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. Since all items are custom made, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. And we aren't responsible for carrier delays or any loss, theft, or damage after it's been accepted by the carrier.
