Refund Policy
All items sold through RereKreations are custom and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Once payment has been received and your order is confirmed, it immediately enters the design and production process.
A full payment is required to begin your order, and your items will be completed and delivered based on the agreed turnaround time once payment is fulfilled.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed to the carrier.
Returns & Order Issues
At this time, we do not accept returns on any items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Custom items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, therefore they cannot be returned or refunded.
Mockups & Design Approval
Before production, you may receive a mockup for approval. This is your opportunity to carefully review all details, including spelling, colors, and design elements.
Please ensure everything is correct before approving.
- If an error is discovered after approval and production has started, a reprint fee of $25 will apply.
- If more than 2 revisions are requested during the design process, a $20 design fee will be applied.
We understand you want your items perfect, and we are happy to make adjustments — just keep in mind that additional changes require extra time and resources.
